OUR MISSION

Our mission was to bring together all the traditional hotel supports into one bespoke digital high-end solution. The Bookvideo bespoke products were introduced in the hotel Rooms with our In-room Bookvideo, where guests can explore the hotel facilities, restaurant menu. They can also order room service or complete their in-room breakfast in a couple of easy clicks. The hotel restaurant menus were also introduced in "Il Gusto".

THE HOTEL

With a breathtaking view over Lake Geneva, the Jet d’Eau and English Garden, Hotel Metropole is the only luxury 5* hotel located on the left bank, on the iconic Rue du Rhône, in the heart of the shopping and business districts, a few steps away from the Old Town.
Established in 1854, this historic building is the City’s property, affiliated with the independant hotel chain Preferred Hotels & Resorts, and run by IHA.
